   King Von emerged as a prominent figure in Chicago's drill rap scene, capturing attention in 2018 with his breakout track "Crazy Story." The accompanying music video, chronicling a botched robbery, swiftly went viral, amassing over 50 million views on WorldStarHipHop's YouTube channel. Signed to Lil Durk's Only The Family (OTF) label, Von released his debut mixtape, "Grandson, Vol. 1," in September 2019. The project soared to #37 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and #75 on the Billboard 200.

Known for his dynamic storytelling and rapid-fire delivery, Von's music reflects his gritty upbringing and experiences.
